How to make thyme tea

What to use:

  • A handful of dry or fresh thyme
  • A covered container for preparation and filtration
  • mug

Preparation method:

1. Use 1 tablespoon of dried thyme for a cup of water, but if you use fresh thyme you use more. Put the thyme in the beer container.

2. Pour the thyme with water and put it on the fire to boil.

3. Cover the container and infuse for 5 minutes.

4. Filter the mixture and serve.
